Cracking the Code

Hi it's Alexis and we have been practicing coding to learn just the basics of coding. Coding is easy to learn so I think everyone should start coding now. First whats coding, coding is directions for your device to follow. I think everyone should a least learn the basics of coding. Why because for almost every job you need to know coding because computers are everywhere now. Coding is simple, fun, and you should learn how to code. These are just a few reasons why you should start coding.

  Hi in are GT class we have been working on coding. My first experience with coding was in GT. It was called 1 hour of coding. It was fun and a challenge we had to get someone to the other thin.it was easy then it got harder. I am exited  for my next challenge of coding. Coding will help us with new inventions and I did the first step.

If I could design any game,program or app I would design a app. What would it look like it would have a heart on top. What would it do well it would help people from live from sickness. You could scan your hand and it will tell you if you if your sick or not. It will tell you why your sick and what you are sick of it will also give you a cure. This will help many people and I think that it can help are society.

My Humorous Monologue

Hey everyone we have been working on a humorous monologue and this is what I have learned. I have learned that B-roll is the clips that you have took and also that in imovie when you have put down your audio you put your B-roll on top. Another thing I have learned is that when you are doing a project like this you need to stay organized. I also learned that when you are recording your monologue you need to have remembered it. I also learned how to use the camera correctly and how to format and import properly.

What's padding? Padding is the time before and after you start talking when taking your A-roll. Why is padding important it's important because without padding you do not have room to edit. How much time should your padding be 2-4 seconds in the begging and end. This will help you make an AMAZING video. Have a great day and make sure you use this information.

Has you know we have been working on a comedic monologue. I have made a few mistakes but I learned from each one. Like how I made some of my images pitch black. Another one is that I kept on messing up my monologue. On the other hand I put my images right were they needed to be. I also fixed my lighting problem. I learned many things like how to stay organized and how to add transitions and other effects in imovie properly i'm happy that i got my video done in time and i think I learned a lot of things from this one project. I think I ended up with a great video.

Comedy Writing

Hey if you want to make a good joke it's best you read this. Humor is an important character trait because if you did not have humor no one will feel relaxed and happy. When you laugh it means your happy and having a good time. People will want to listen to what your saying. Humor will lift up your story from 1 to a million. If you include humor into your writing everyone will be relaxed and will love your video it's all happens with humor.

 A few tips you can use to help you make a good joke is to one be yourself when recording your joke. Two make sure your joke is going to be funny for everyone not just you. My next tip is you should take something in your life and put a spin on it even if its boring at first. Another tip is to not be mean to other people when telling your joke. My last tip is to enjoy yourself and relax or your audience won't feel relaxed.

How did  I come up with my comedic monologue. Well me and my friends Teresa and Coral where in english. Then all of a sudden they started to call me cute and I did not want to be called cute so when that happened I said No! You can not call me cute and they thought it was funny so thats how my joke was born. I think it's funny because my friends think it's funny.Also it should be funny because many people would like to be cute and they would hate to be ugly and its the opposite for me.

Motivational Poster

 Hey we have been working on a motivational poster and I will need 2 text layers one MANIFESTO and another will be your PERSONAL QUOTES. I must have 4 images 3 of them need to be pictures of things that represent me and one portrait picture. When i'm done with that it's time to Design. 1 of the four is Kerning you need to change the text layers so there is no space or holes. 2nd is TRADIC COLOR SCHEME. Tradic color scheme  is 3 different colors that will always be balanced. The 3rd one is BLENDING OPTION for both text layers. Last but not least ADJUSTMENT LAYERS for all image layers. For a perfect grade I must do all 4.

 The step by step process
First I wrote my personal quotes and manifesto an copied it into photoshop. Then I started kerning my personal quotes and manifesto. After that I downloaded my pictures that represent me from google+ to finder and then downloaded it to Photoshop. Then It's time to do my do my tradic color scheme which is changing the look of my personal quotes and manifesto. Finally I need to change the look of my image layers. Then I'm all done.

 What I could have done better. Looking over my motivational poster I think I could have written a little bit more.Another thing I could have done better is my kerning. One more thing is my tradic color scheme I think I could have made it a little bit more colorful other then that I think it is a poster I would hang up on my wall and stay happy.

Hi my name is Alexis Chatfield and five interesting facts about me are that I do gymnastics and also teach younger kids gymnastics.I love going to the beach and surfing I am 4.5 and I have blond hair.I have an older brother Justice and a younger sister Melia.One more interesting fact about me is I love to ski.

My manifesto should inspire you to get out there and live life and accomplish goals.I think everyone faces tough times and this manifesto should help you get out of those tough times. This should tell you to believe in yourself and never give up. It tells you learn from life. I hope it expired you and that you never give up.
